  Their salesman, Cody was extremely unreliable. On two separate jobs he gave me specific timelines and did not follow through. The second job I found another company to complete in the three week period it took Cody to get me a quote. Which he finally sent after I had to email the owner. I explained how poor the follow up and scheduling was to the owner Todd, but he just made excuses for the miscommunication, and nothing changed. Also, quote was over $1k more than larger company that gave me quote the same day they came out.
