  Just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S8, and it would not activate from my home. Tyler was awesome, courteous and professional in doing the activation and content transfer from my previous phone. Best $19.99 I ever spent. I recommend this store heartily.

  Not a corporate store. Got there at 12:45 and left at 2:30 for a simple phone upgrade. They had me redeem a Verizon up credit only to find out it couldn't be used because they weren't a corporate store. Added insurance to the phone for 13 per month without asking me. Left for lunch so they could transfer old to new apps etc. and they waited until we came back to start transfer. Desperately tried to sell accessories like a case for 49.00. All they did was badmouth other stores like New Philadelphia while giving us terrible service.
